These Terms govern your use of Greenside Golf School's website and services. By booking or attending any program, you accept these Terms.

1. Services

Greenside Golf School provides golf instruction including group clinics, private lessons, junior programs, and online resources taught by certified PGA and LPGA professionals.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservations

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to limit enrollment numbers.

2.2 Pricing

All prices in USD. Payment due at time of booking. Confirmed bookings honor the price at booking time.

3. Cancellation Policy

48+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling
24–48 hours: 50% refund or one free reschedule
Under 24 hours: No refund
Weather: Always rescheduled at no charge

4. Health and Liability

Golf involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, you confirm you are in adequate health to participate and accept these risks. Greenside Golf School is not liable for injuries unless directly caused by instructor negligence. Participants under 18 require a signed parental consent form.

5. Code of Conduct

All students must treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Disruptive or abusive behavior results in removal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is property of Greenside Golf School and protected by copyright. Do not reproduce without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes are subject to the courts of King County, Washington.
